About the CFP Digest

“I refuse to allow any man-made differences to separate me from any other human beings.”    — Maya Angelou

I created the Collaborate For Purpose (CFP) Digest to show how different people coming together are better a figuring hard stuff out than on their own.

The digest goes out every 2 weeks reflecting on one big question. Topics cover self-improvement, handing change, social justice, and others from a collaborative point of view.

Conversation Events

I also host monthly online “kitchen table” conversation events where 15 people from different backgrounds dig into a topic for 2 hours based on one big question. They happen in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space. You are welcome to join if a topic interests you. For more about the conversation events, click here.

The digest and dialogue events are both free. To read current and past issues of the newsletter, subscribe below. You can access the archive and leave comments.

Big questions for people people who give a damn

The best way to figure hard stuff is to ask a hard question that sometimes makes people feel uncomfortable. The digest I write and the conversation events I host start with a question. If you have a question on your mind, email me here. I can’t promise I’ll address it in the digest or events but I’ll try.

About me

I’m Flavian Delima and I’m pretty curious about stuff especially how people move forward together.

I’ve worn many hats: marketer, ghost-writer, copywriter, publicist, business and career coach, newspaper columnist and author, facilitator, and speaker and technical trainer.

I live in Canada but come from Goa, a former Portuguese colony for 450 years that’s on the coast of the Arabian Sea. It was invaded and annexed by India in 1961 and 1987 was granted statehood. Goa is known for its beaches, cashew nuts and strong feni.

Stay up-to-date

Each issue of the digest goes to your inbox, so you won’t miss anything. You can also access it online here.
